BONTEX® cleated insole composite is designed to be flexible, distribute pressure more uniformly while maintaining surface absorption for breathability during sports where cleated footwear is required.
The combination of BONTEX® 244G or BONSTITCH®®305needle punctured non-woven materials and a specially developed engineered thermoplastic core, reduce foot fatigue and provide footwear manufacturers a cost effective, quick throughput insole product for high performance footwear.
BONTEX® 244G and BONSTITCH®®305 needle punctured non-woven materials have excellent adhesion qualities for cement applications and both retain maximum properties when wet such as abrasion resistance. Also, BONTEX® 244G is MORI-FRESH® treated to retard growth of bacteria, fungi and mold.
