Ripple-Flex工艺提高弹性以增加舒适性,此新工艺可减少30%-40%的硬度(TAPPI T 489)。 BONTEX® materials can bring unique properties and added value when combined with other materials such as metallized films, specialty coatings, extruded engineered thermoplastics, non-wovens and foams.
Ripple-Flex使在提高整个脚底弹性同时保持挺度和稳定性。经此工艺的材料更结实,有弹性而省掉其他加工流程。Ripple-Flex更能便薄鞋底增加绝缘性。 Ripple-Flex Process provides comfort through enhanced flexibility. BONTEX®new Ripple-Flex process improves flexibility and reduces stiffness by 30% to 40% as measured by the Taber Stiffness Test Method (TAPPI T 489). Ripple-Flex increases heel-to-toe flexibility while maintaining cross-wise rigidity for lateral stability. BONTEX® with Ripple-Flex process is a stronger and more flexible material which does not require further processing such as slashing or cutting. Also, BONTEX®Ripple-Flex processed materials provide enhanced ground insulation particularly for thin soled footwear. The Ripple-Flex process may be applied to any BONTEX® quality or gauge.
