BONTEX®辅件用材料模具切割性能优异，加工简单，无论折、刻、弯曲、缝合等工艺，外形漂亮。BONTEX®材料具有多种优异性能，包括高强度，使制成品不怕频繁折弯； 抗虫剂的吸收性能好；内部润滑可减少高速缝制机器的断针率等。

BONTEX® is the world's leading supplier of wet web impregnated specialty cellulose-based materials used to produce accessory products such as handbags, wallets, watch straps, headwear, belts, luggage, briefcases, insect repellents, portfolios, instrument and tool cases. BONTEX® stabilized materials for plumpers, fillers, backers or vinyl-coated products provide the right balance of performance and price t meet application requirements. All BONTEX® materials have excellent bonding surfaces and are dimensionally stable as well as MORI-FRESH® treated to resist fungi, bacteria and mold.

BONTEX® accessory materials die-cut and process easily and take scores, folds, curves, bends and stitching beautifully. BONTEX® materials have been engineered to deliver a wide range of performance characteristics such as high tolerance for end products subjected to frequent bending; high absorption for insect repellents; internal lubrication to reduce needle breakage in high speed stitching operations.

BONTEX® can be PVC or PU coated. Special Size coatings available as specified and is ideal as a laminated substrate.
